After struggling much, Vijay’s Mersal managed to hit the screens across the Telugu states as Adirindi. After getting delayed thrice, Adirindi released all over and it opened to packed houses today. As expected the GST episodes which created a stir and made the film land in controversies have not been chopped off in the Telugu version, but the dialogues throughout have been muted.
Audience took social media to post calling the GST episodes the longest muted one in Telugu. On the other side, Vijay’s performance in the triple role, AR Rahman’s background score and Atlee’s directorial abilities have been applauded. Sharat Marar released Adirindi and we have to wait and see how much the film will rake in its final run in Telugu.
