Two Countries is a Malayalam comedy film which revolves around a conman who marries a foreign girl with a selfish motive. The film stars Malayalam actors Dileep and Mamata Mohandas in the lead roles. The stupendous success of this film has grabbed the attention of filmmakers in Telugu and Tamil.
According to the latest update, Two Countries will now be remade in Telugu and star actor Victory Venkatesh will play the lead role in it. Reportedly, producer Bandla Ganesh has bagged the remake rights and the Telugu version will be produced by him. The film will go on floors later this year. Venkatesh is currently busy shooting for Maruthi’s Babu Bangaram.
Venky has also agreed to act in the Telugu remake of Saala Khadoos. The director and the remaining cast for both these films will be announced soon.
