A three-way clash at Box office is inevitable

This 11th, we will see a rare box office clash between three notable films LIE, Nene Raju Nene Mantri and Jaya Janaki Nayaka.

There were speculations that Nithiin’s LIE might back out of the race to avoid the clash, but the makers have denied the rumours and reiterated that the film will release on the announced date. LIE is carrying good reports among trade circles and the film will get screen count across the Telugu states and in overseas. Hanu Raghavapudi is the director and 14 Reels Entertainment is the production unit behind this film.

Rana’s Nene Raju Nene Mantri is also gearing up for release on the same day. The political thriller is banking on Rana’s strong stardom post Baahubali. The trailers and songs have already drew the attention of audience and set for a solid opening. Teja is the director for the film.

One more film aiming for August 11th release is Boyapati Srinu’s Jaya Janaki Nayaka which stars Bellamkonda Srinivas and Rakul Preet Singh as the female leads. The action drama has done a stunning pre release business in all territories.

While no producer of these films is reluctant to step out of the race, a three way clash at the box office is likely to be inevitable.

August 11th is an ideal date as the weekend will be followed by a public holiday in the form of Independence day on Tuesday. But, the clash of three prominent films will definitely hurt the collections.

It remains to be seen which of these three films emerge as the winner at the box office.
