Radhakrishna, MD of ABN channel, sends legal notice to Pawan Kalyan for his allegations on the channel. He warned that he would file defamation cases on Pawan if he doesn’t remove the controversial tweets from twitter and tender public apology.
In addition to defamation case, Pawan and those who are behind him should be ready to face the civil and criminal actions too, RK remarked. RK made it clear that there is no truth in the tweets made by Pawan and his tweets are only to cover his personal and political shortcomings. RK added, ABN always abides by the provisions of the regulatory institutions.
RK also remarked, Pawan is provoking his fans for last few days, causing Pawan fans to attack ABN reporter and destroying OB van. RK added, Pawan is doing all these baseless allegations against him through Twitter with political motives as he is trying to restore the falling political image of him. RK remarked he is convinced that these tweets are part of a criminal conspiracy against him and is companies. Finally, he demanded PK to remove these tweets and tender unconditional, written, public apologies.
