Akkineni Amala, yesteryear actress and wife to actor Nagarjuna, is a busy woman managing various welfare activities. She made a comeback to silver screen with Sekhar Kammula’s Life is beautiful, which released a couple of years ago. Recently, she was seen in a Bollywood film in a guest appearance.
As per an exclusive update, Amala will be seen in a cameo in her son Akhil’s debut film titled ‘Akhil’. A close source reveals that she had already shot for her role and apart from Amala, both Nithin and Naga Chaitanya will be seen in guest roles in the film. The film’s shoot is over barring one song and the team is gearing up for the audio launch event in the 20th of this month. VV Vinayak is the director and Nithin is the producer. The film is slated to hit the screens on October 22nd.
