Although Bellamkonda Srinivas’ previous films ranked heavily at box office, producers are willing to take risk by doling out huge money bags for his upcoming projects.
For his upcoming film with director Teja, producer Anil Sunkara of AK Entertainments is reportedly expending more than 40 Crores for the making. Star heroines Kajal Aggarwal and Mehreen Pirzada are paid a hefty remuneration for playing the female leads in this untitled project.
Also, majority of the film’s shooting is happening outside India. Currently a grand schedule is happening in Cambodia. After this, the team is planning another extensive schedule in foreign.
Despite the fact that Sai’s last outing Saakshyam couldn’t even recover half of its budget, Anil Sunkara is betting big on this project. Teja has made a comeback with Nene Raju Nene Mantri. So, there are some decent expectations on the film. But, trade analysts opine that spending more than 40 Crores for an actor who is yet to score a commercial success is unreasonable.
