Andhra Pradesh units of NSUI and Youth Congress on Sunday released the proster of its one-crore-protest-SMS program. Party’s frontal organizagions NSUI and Youth Congress will mobilize youth and students across the state to send text messages to chief minister Naidu, central ministers Venkaiah Naidu, Ashoka Gajapati Raju, Nirmala Sitaraman and Sujana Chowdary demanding them to fight for getting special category status to Andhra Pradesh. The posters will be pasted acorss the state to educated the youth on the need to participate in the program.
The text of the sms . 1. We demand Special Status for AP 2. We demand Special Package for Rayalaseema & Uttarandhra 3. We demand completion of Polavaram Project, will be texted to the ministers in thousands. The SMS campaign will begin on September 23 and go on upto September 30. Meanwhle, as follow up to the filing of cases agaainst the PM Modi, CM Naidu and union minister Venkaiah Naidu, the Congress leaders on September 21 will submit representation to SP’s and Police Commissioners with a request to take further action on the complaints lodged on PM,CM and Venkaiah Naidu for not implementing assurance of Special Status to Andhra Pradesh.
