The Andhra Pradesh assembly on Thursady witnessed two adjournments and a walkout by YSRC members. The commotion in the house began with speaker disallowing YSRCP adjournment notice under Section 344 intended to discuss the spiraling prices.

Speaker Kodela Sivaprasad advised the opposition party that question hour be allowed t and the issue of price rise be taken up after the issues on agenda were taken up.
The Opposition was unrelented and insisted on their adjournment motion stating the time at disposal of the house was not adequate. As YSR Congress member rushed into the will raising slogans, the speaker adjourned the house for ten minutes.When the house reassembled, Jagan raised the price-rise and said the issue was affecting the crores of people and need to be taken up by the house without delay.
Responding to Jagan, sports minister Achhannaidu launched an attack o opposition party which derailed the house. Hell broke loose when Achhannaidu said, “You are calling your party as YSRC party. It should be psychos party. Psycho party is right name for your party,” Achhannaidu said. YSRCP members vociferously protested the remark raising the slogans. They demanded an unconditional apology from the minister. Then speaker adjourned the house for the second time in the din.

Later, Jagan protested the way the bill were being introduced in the House. He accused government of attempting to scuttle the debates on the bills by making copies of the bills unavailable. “There are some controversial bills and some related to attachment of assets. No bill is given time to be debated. You want to introduce the bill pass it immediately. As per the rule seven days time need to be give. At least give us three-day time ,” Jagan said announcing the decision to walkout of the house,”Jagan said announcing that his party was walking out. The members later moved a privilage notice against the minister Achhannaidu for his comments against YSRCP.
