Bhuma Akhila Priya attends the assembly session

Allagadda MLA Akhila Priya showed up in the assembly session today after performing last rites of her father late Bhuma Nagi Reddy yesterday. A teary Akhila Priya earlier said, “It’s challenging especially when both the parents are no longer there for you. However I’m trying to overcome the situation with the support of the people and also will try to fulfill the promises”

Andhra Pradesh Assembly this morning introduced a condolence motion on the demise of TDP MLA Bhuma Nagireddy. The TDP legislators paid rich tributes to their colleague who suffered a cardiac arrest on Sunday.

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu recalled his conversation with the Nandyal MLA about development and laying of roads in the Nandyal and Allagadda constituencies. He said that TDP government will ensure to fulfill the last wish of the MLA.

YSRCP expressed deepest sympathies to the family and boycotted the assembly vote of condolence. They alleged that TDP was delaying the ministerial post to Nagireddy which depressed him. They attributed it as one of the reasons for his untimely death. The AP budget presentation has been deferred to Wednesday.
