Megastar Chiranjeevi’s magnum opus Syeraa is one of the prestigious films of Telugu cinema. The movie has been initially planned for 2019 summer and it was later pushed to Independence day release. The latest happenings hint that Syeraa will not hit the screens next year and will release during 2020 Sankranthi. The shoot of Syeraa has been happening on a slow pace and a series of re shoots delayed the film completely.
The film started with an action stunt and with Chiru unhappy with the output, he asked the team to shoot the entire episode once again. Megastar asked some of the recent episodes to be shot again which delayed the shoot further. With huge delay in the shoot, Megastar and his team decided to wrap up the shoot slowly and release it during Sankranthi 2020. Megastar is not in a mood to compromise on the quality and asked his team not to hurry. Surendar Reddy is the director and Syeraa is produced by Konidela Production Company.
