The State Of Government of Chennai never hid its hatred for Kamal Hassan. In a recent interview to a website, Kamal said the government’s efforts to provide relief, to flood victims was not satisfactory and questioned what happened to the taxes people are paying the government.Striking back, Jayalalita’s Finance Minister Paneer Selvam questioned, “If he wants to understand the disaster, Kamal should watch his own film Anbe Sivam, He also said that hundreds of volunteers, army and NGOs are staying with the government in addressing the disaster and Telugu actors like Allu Arjun on his twitter has announced 25 lakh for CM relief, but what has Kamal did. Sharing statistics on the relief works executed by the government, the minister condemned the actor and termed his interview as frivolous, misleading aimed to get political mileage, without benefitting any flood hit victim.
