It is clear that Rajinikanth’s Darbar, Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru and Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo will release for Sankranthi 2020. As per the trade circles, Darbar is slated for January 10th release, Sarileru Neekevvaru is planned for January 11th release and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is aimed for January 14th release. In a surprising move, the makers of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo today announced the release on January 12th with a grand poster. Superstar Mahesh Babu also tweeted that Sarileru Neekevvaru will release on the same day.
As of now, a huge clash between Mahesh Babu and Allu Arjun is confirmed. We have to wait to see if one of them walks out of the race for a healthy competition and to save the buyers. Both Sarileru Neekevvaru and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo are bought for record prices and the same day release will make both the films lose big amounts. More details awaited.
