Ram Gopal Varma’s protege Ajay Bhupathi made an impressive debut with RX 100 and he is flooded with several interesting offers after the release of the film. Ajay Bhupathi who is outspoken and straightforward took his time and finally locked Ravi Teja for his next film which is rumored to be titled Maha Samudram. Ravi Teja who expressed his excitement after listening to the plot of Maha Samudram lost his interest as time proceeded.
Ajay Bhupathi who completed the entire script work even locked the principle cast of the film and was waiting for the arrival of Ravi Teja. The veteran actor who has been struggling for success has been demanding huge remuneration. His pay quote did not go well with Gemini Kiran who is on board to bankroll Maha Samudram. Soon after this incident, Ravi Teja started his hunt for a new project and locked in Gopichand Malineni.
This irked Ajay Bhupathi and he expressed his anger through his twitter handle calling Ravi Teja a ‘Cheap Star’. Ajay Bhupathi is now in plans to approach Naga Chaitanya for the role and the meeting would take place this week soon after Chaitu returns back from his Europe holiday. Ajay Bhupathi who tasted a massive hit on his debut is finding it tough to lock the lead actor for his second film. If things fall in place, the regular shoot of Maha Samudram starts during the end of this year and the film releases for summer 2020.
