Vimal Krishna made an impressive debut with DJ Tillu as director. Though Siddhu Jonnalagadda walked away with all the credits, Vimal Krishna worked on the script and he directed the film. Though the sequel for DJ Tillu is on cards, Vimal Krishna confirmed that he would not direct the sequel. He met several young actors after DJ Tillu ended up as a super hit. Vimal Krishna met Naga Chaitanya recently and discussed about a script. Chaitu loved the basic plot narrated by Vimal and he asked to narrate the complete draft.
Naga Chaitanya is quite busy and he has several projects lined up. Vimal Krishna started working on the script and he will narrate the entire script soon. A top production house will bankroll this project if things go well. Naga Chaitanya is done with Thank You and he started shooting for Venkat Prabhu’s film. He will also start shooting for Parasuram’s Nageswara Rao later this year. A couple of other films are in pipeline. It is unclear when Naga Chaitanya and Vimal Krishna’s film will start rolling.
