Exclusive: Chiseled NTR and his daily Fitness Plan

As promised, Trivikram is in plans to present NTR in a never seen lean and stylish look in his next which will roll from March 23rd. Top fitness trainer Lloyd Steven has been roped in and Tarak is sweating out to get the desired shape. Lloyd is said to have planned excellent diet and Tarak is strictly away from alcohol and is allowed to have one cheat meal per month. Here is his daily diet and fitness plan:

Diet plan:

Breakfast: Tarak’s day starts with a high carb intake to fuel his system and it decreases as the day progresses. It consists of mostly Egg whites, limited chicken, and fresh fruits and vegetables.

Snacks: He usually has light snacks like almonds and walnuts before each main meal for nutrition.

Lunch & Dinner: These mainly include protein-rich foods such as roasted chicken, stir-fried lamb, fish with a bowl of stir-fried vegetables.

Fitness plan:

Tarak is said to have been spending four hours in gym along with the above strict diet. He is spending one and half hour for cardio exercise in the morning and one and half hour for weight training in the evening. His special intense training includes push-ups, pull-ups and burpees. Between these intense training’s, the actor is not missing his planned meal every three hours. Lloyd Steven is said to have been charging Rs 6 lakhs for training Tarak. We will soon have a chance to witness a new and never seen Tarak in his next. This untitled film has been slated for Dasara release this year.
