Pawan Kalyan has been in US and interacting with NRIs and various other leaders regarding the issues faced by NRIs.  Pawan Kalyan also sent a letter to PMO regarding the H1b issues faced by NRIs and he tweeted the same letter through his twitter handle. He went to the extent of calling US Government “Imperialistic”. On Saturday, Janasena organized a massive meeting in Dallas, it’s first in USA, Pravaasa Garjana. The event was well attended by Janasainiks and Pawan fans from across USA.

Janasena internal sources closely involved with Pravaasa Garjana give information about people who funded the Pravasa Garjana in Dallas and how some of these donors abused the H1b program to the core. A number of people who funded the event are into IT Consulting business, who have traditionally resisted reforms to H1b program and also underpaid employees (not everyone, but a good number of employers from Indian diaspora are guilty of that). In focus, specifically, is an NRI who donated close to $50k for Pravaasa Garjana. His name was mentioned multiple times to thank for involvement in the meet. This employer was fined for underpaying his employees in September 2018. The firm has agreed to pay back $350k in backwages and $45k as fine. It underpaid some of its workers, giving them paltry salaries for the work they did.

If Pawan is taking funding from people who have abused H1b system to the core, how can NRI’s even believe that he is working for interests of H1b employees? Isn’t it better to fix your own team, before calling US government as “imperialist”? All the strict rules on H1b by Trump administration are unfortunate, but these rules are because of H1b employers who have abused the system to the core — underpaying or not paying employees, flouting labor laws.

Why taking donation from H1b abusers if you have real intent to fight on H1b program, Pawan?
