Nandamuri Balakrishna has been taking special care on his 100th film which has been titled Gautamiputra Satakarni. The movie is said to be a periodic drama and is made on a massive budget of Rs 70 crores. Sensible and critically acclaimed director Krish is directing the movie which completed 80% of its shoot. Shriya Saran is the female lead and Hemamalini will essay the role of Balayya’s mother in the film.
As per the latest news, the theatrical trailer of the movie will be released in December by Balakrishna and Krish. The trailer will be released in 100 screens across the globe as it marks the 100th film of Balakrishna. Produced by First Frame Entertainments, Gautamiputra Satakarni is hot across the trade circles and the movie has been sold out in all the territories. Krish happened to show the rough cut of the trailer for the movie unit which left many in surprise. Gautamiputra Satakarni will release all over during Sankranthi next year.
