Australian based Heliostat to set up its solar and wind energy hybrid power generation and power tools manfucaturing units in Anantapur district in Andhra Pradesh.
Heliostat, an Australian company has expressed its willingness to invest in solar and wind energy, hybrid power generation plants in Andhra Pradesh. In a meeting with Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu,the company officials said that it wanted to invest in the state,the production heads of solar and wind energy in Australia are higher.The company promised to submit a detailed project report soon and to sign an agreement with the government to set up its plants in Anantapur district of the state.
Responding positively to the request, Naidu said that the state government has initiated a series of steps to give priority to the alternative energy source, including study and research in the filed.The state has also proposed to start a university in the field, and he asked the Heliostat to extend its cooperation to this initiative.
