It is known news that Kathi Mahesh was expelled from the city of Hyderabad by police commissioner under Telangana antisocial and hazardous activity act. Kathi challenged it in high court and today ordered TS government to file counter to the petition of Kathi Mahesh in 10 days .
It is to be noted here that, Paripoornananda Swami who was also externed by the police got relief two days back as high court gave interim orders suspending the externment of him from Hyderabad. In that case, lawyers of Paripoornananda Swami argued that the police commissioner who gave the orders didn’t have jurisdiction over the districts from which swami was expelled. They also argued that he didn’t fit in any category of the persons the act mentioned.
Now Kathi Mahesh also challenged his case in high court. We will have to wait what Telangana government will argue in its counter petition against Kathi Mahesh’s petition.
