Already, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has raised concern in CBI special court that Accused No 1 YS Jaganmohan Reddy may misuse his position as AP Chief Minister with regard to his Rs. 43,000 cr illegal assets cases. Now, CM Jagan suspended IRS officer Jasti Krishna Kishore. Charges were made that Kishore committed irregularities during his term as CEO of AP Economic Development Board. The actual reason is that Kishore imposed nearly Rs. 150 cr income tax fine on Jagan family’s firms including Sakshi media in the past. Jagan was unhappy that Kishore’s report was used by CBI officials to strengthen evidence in assets cases. As Kishore is working on deputation in AP now, CM Jagan Reddy got the chance and took his sweet revenge by suspending him.
Actually, Kishore tried to go back to Central services but Jagan Reddy deliberately hunted him down and damaged his professional career. Now, legal experts say that the suspension is a clear violation of the CBI bail conditions for Jagan. BJP leaders are already working on ways to get Modi-Shah to act fast to cancel Jagan Reddy’s bail and put him behind bars. Now, the CBI is getting greater evidence to show how Jagan is misusing his CM post to create fear complex in officials and witnesses involved in his Rs. 43,000 Cr CBI cases.
