Rumours are circulating fast in official circles that CM Jaganmohan Reddy has given his green signal for shifting Andhra Secretariat from Amaravati Capital City to the nearby Mangalagiri town. CM has taken this decision based on reports submitted by senior IAS officers who are eager to relocate to nearby area to Vijayawada. They have proposed to occupy some buildings in Nagarjuna University and also construct some new buildings in open spaces in its vicinity.
This idea is nothing new as Mangalagiri YCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy has long been talking about his town as the future Andhra Capital. Obviously, Jagan Circar is using IAS officers’ reports as a pretext to shift Capital out of Amaravati. The officials and Secretariat employees are now thinking of their own petty personal interests like easier conveyance from home to office.
Construction of several apartment complexes for officials in Amaravati was stopped by Jagan already. Hundreds of crores are already spent on them. All this money will go waste. So, Jagan requested Modi for funds to construct new Secretariat buildings newly in Mangalagiri area but not to develop Amaravati.
When minister says that it is difficult to pay even staff salaries why the hell they are wasting huge amount of money on the salaries of advisors to the chief minister and special flights of chief minister?
occupying University lands is a worse idea, all students & politicians must protest this taking over when the university has promising future for more courses, more hostels & collaboration opportunities; very bad strategies

This is real TUGLAK PALANA. CBN not spent money from his pocket, CBN spent taxpayers money on developing Amaravati. Now stupid Arrogant, brainless Jagan Mohan Reddy wants to shift Secretariat to some other place but what about Amaravati and money spent on temporary Secretariat and other buildings. People should agitate and bring down YSRCP government immediately otherwise people will see more losses. Why Burocrates giving wrong ideas to TUGLAK Jagan Mohan Reddy. Say YSRCP looses coming elections and TDP will come back to power then what will happen, once again CBN will concentrate on Amaravati, this is nothing but foolishness. Central Government should come forward and and put breaks to TUGLAK Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Manam caste base chesukone e politicians ni support chesinantha varaku, our state will not change, how much property our politicians r wasting, they should think about public money tho rather than stopping projects or something to shift or change, how much money they have to invest once again, my clear doubt was, when politician are gng to show clear sheet that how much he spends on project or how much he spends on building etc…..why they r not showing transparent money issues, I am asking both the leaders either TDP or YSRCP, it’s better to be transparent rather than just saying we spend these many crores etc…..please what ever it should be transparent, only in books I have read government by the people, of the people, by the people, but in reality no….my English is very bad I know, but I want to change my district , my state, my country…..
