Senior Congress party leader V Hanumantha Rao, (or popularly VH), disparaged KCR’s efforts of a ‘Federal Front’. Talking at a media press meet, V Hanumantha Rao said that, he knows the real reason behind KCR’s Federal Front plant.
‘There is a master plan behind the KCR’s proposal of a Federal Front (or third front) at the national level. He wants to make his son, KTR (the current Telangana IT Minister) as the next CM for Telangana.
The moment KCR establishes the third front, his end will be. He and his party members will be mere spectators of his downfall. In the upcoming assembly elections, it is the Congress party that will win, and not TRS (Telangana Rashtra Samithi). Forget about the 106 seats they got last time, they will not get even 16 seats this time around,’ said V Hanumantha Rao.
The senior leader has been highly vocal against the TRS government, KCR and KTR in particular from the very beginning. Though his future reading of TRS winning 16 seats and below can be debatable, it is true that Congress has transformed into a strong opposition in the last year or so.
