His next film Lakshmi’s NTR is all about the controversial part of NTR’s life and is hitting the screens next month. A TDP leader recently filed petition against the makers that the song ‘Vennupotu’ defames the stature of AP Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu.
The High Court served notices to the censor board officials asking them to come with an explanation about the song. The court even asked the censor board the reasons for approving a song that is penned against a Chief Minister of a state. Though the song is released on YouTube, the censor board may ask the makers to chop off the song from the film.
