Tollywood filmmakers have been announcing the release date of big budget films in advance but some of them have been getting delayed due to various reasons. However several films are gearing up for a clash during summer and during the holiday season so that they can rake massive numbers taking the advantage of the holidays. Before one could forget the clash of Mahesh Babu’s Bharat ane Nenu and Allu Arjun’s Na Peru Surya, Ram Charan’s Rangasthalam 1985 is all set for a clash with Savitri biopic Mahanati.
Legendary actress Savitri’s biopic Mahanati has been announced for release on March 29th after which the makers of Ram Charan’s Rangasthalam 1985 revealed that the film will hit the screens on March 30th all over. Veteran filmmaker Ashwini Dutt is producing Mahanati which has been allotted a massive budget and it has a huge list of top rated actors, technicians. His son-in-law Nag Ashwin is the director and Ashwini Dutt was a comfortable release for the film. Though both the films can get huge number of theatres, Ashwini Dutt is not in a mood to take risk and clash with Rangasthalam 1985.
The makers of Mahanati are keen on avoiding the clash by releasing ahead before or pushing the release date ahead. There are talks that Ashwini Dutt will soon meet the makers of Rangasthalam 1985 and will discuss about the release dates after which the new date will be announced. Dutt who has been away from films is in plans to make a massive impact with Mahanati and he is leaving no stone unturned for the film.
