When Nani struggled with a series of debacles, it was Nag Ashwin who bailed him out with his directorial debut Yevade Subramanyam. The movie raked decent money across the multiplexes and turned out to be a relief for Nani. While Nani scored a bunch of hits over these years, Nag Ashwin has been completely focused on Mahanati, the biopic of legendary actress Savitri which released on May 9th and has been creating a history. The film has been receiving appreciations from all the corners and Nag Ashwin’s poetic narration has been specially applauded.
Now the latest news we hear is that Nag Ashwin penned an interesting script and it would be a sequel for his super hit film Yevade Subramanyam. Nani is very much eager to team up again with the team of Yevade Subramanyam and Nag Aswhin will narrate him the draft soon after he is done with the work. He will start working on the script after completing the promotional activities for Mahanati. Nani also expressed his interest on the project and Swapna Cinema will bankroll this film.
