Akkineni Naga Chaitanya’s next film, which is tentatively titled Majnu, has been formally launched in style earlier today in Hyderabad. Akkineni Akhil attended the launch and wished the team best of luck. The film, an official remake of Malayalam blockbuster Premam, will have its first schedule in Vizag very shortly.
Chandoo Mondeti will the direct the romantic entertainer and has made sensible changes to the script that will suit our Telugu nativity. The film will be produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamshee of Sitara Entertainment banner. Shruti Haasan, Aisha Sharma and Anupama Parameshwaran are the female leads in the film.
The makers are planning brief schedules in various cities down South. Rajesh Murugesan and Gopi Sundar will score the soundtrack for the film.
