Actor Nani bagged the biggest blockbuster in his career with the beautiful romedy Bhale Bhale Magadivoi, which released last September. With the new found energy, the Astha Chamma actor added two more consecutive hits with Krishna Gadi Veera Prema Gadha and Gentlemen. Now, he is looking to extend his purple patch with the upcoming entertainer Majnu which has him playing an alcoholic assistant director.
The makers of Majnu have locked September 16th as the release date and the audio launch will take place on August 26th. Majnu will be third film in Nani’s career to release in the month of September after Astha Chamma and Bhale Bhale Magadivoi. Directed by Virinchi Varma, Majnu features Anu Emanuel and Priya Shri as the female leads and ace director SS Rajamouli is playing a cameo appearance in the film.
