Stylish star Allu Arjun’s Naa Peru Surya is gearing up for grand release this Summer. While the pre release business in all areas of Telugu states is quite phenomenal, the overseas business of the film is still open as trade circles are not showing much interest to grab its rights.
Initially, Naa Peru Surya got decent offers and the producer has been looking for a solid deal in the range of 9-10 Crores. But, there are no takers for the rights at the quoted price.
Allu Arjun carries decent market in overseas. His recent films like Race Gurram and S/o Satyamurthy performed very well there. But, the theme of Naa Peru Surya and its debut director have turned out to be a liability for the film’s overseas business. Currently, the film is getting offers around 4-5 Crores.
So, the producer might eventually release the film through some noted distribution house on advance agreement basis.
