After conducting a series of meetings with his exhibitors and distributors, Suresh Babu decided not to release his next production Venky Mama during the Sankranthi season. Though he felt that the genre along with the magical presence of Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya would turn out a huge advantage for the film, most of his well-wishers and buyers opposed the proposal. As per the latest update, Venky Mama will hit the screens on December 6th.
Venky Mama is in the last leg of shoot and is directed by KS Ravindra (Bobby). Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya are teaming up for the first time with this family entertainer and Payal Rajput, Rashi Khanna are the leading ladies. The post-production work of Venky Mama too is happening at a fast pace. Suresh Productions and People Media Factory are the producers. An official announcement about the release date would be made during Diwali this year.
