Former Union Minister and BJP leader Purandeswari at last got some post. She has been appointed as independent director on the board of Air India Ltd. An official order issued regarding this Thursday.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Purandeswari as non-official independent director on the board of Air India Ltd. She will continue in that post for a period of three years as per the order issued by the Personnel Ministry. However, the order didn’t cite any reasons or any other details such as profession or background or Purandeswari.
