Tollywood actors, directors and technicians built plush villas and bungalows across the costliest regions: Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills in Hyderabad. However top director SS Rajamouli has been residing with his family members and close friends in an apartment complex in Manikonda right from the release of Eega. For the first time the top director decided to step out and a special residential complex is being constructed for Rajamouli and his family members in Aluminium factory. The ace director leased the place for the next ten years and will operate from Aluminium factory.
With huge rush for the director, Rajamouli decided to shift all his operations to Aluminium factory. Considering his next film with Ram Charan and NTR, Rajamouli decided to erect a semi permanent building for his residence and office work. Aluminium factory has been leased for his future projects and the owners too were quite happy to lease the property for Rajamouli so that it stands busy for a decade with the sets of Rajamouli’s films.
Rajamouli is currently giving final touches for his next film which will roll from December. NTR and Charan will play the lead roles in this action thriller which will be bankrolled by DVV Danayya.
