Superstar Rajinikanth has been on a break from shoot after back to back hectic schedules from the past few months. The actor’s recent movie Kabali released recently and minted huge money despite of the poor response from the audience and negative reviews. The actor has been shooting for his next movie titled Robo 2.0 which is said to be the sequel for his super hit film Robo. Shankar is directing the film and Akshay Kumar is playing the lead antagonist in the film. Amy Jackson is the female lead and Robo 2.0 will hit the screens during summer next year.
However Rajinikanth’s super hit movie Basha is being converted digitally and the movie will release again. Director KS Ravikumar and his team are currently working on the digital version of the movie. Though the plans for sequel have been in discussion from some time, Rajinikanth showed no interest on the sequel after which the producer RM Veerappan wanted to re-release the digitalized version. The movie has been slated for release on Rajinikanth’s birthday this year on December 12th.
