Even before he commenced shooting for his upcoming film in Sukumar’s direction, actor Ram Charan has locked director for his next project. Reportedly, the Dhruva actor and legendary filmmaker Mani Ratnam are coming together for the first time in their careers and the film will be made as a bilingual. It is learnt that Ram Charan has already allotted dates for this film.
The duo are planning to work for a film since long time and things have finally fallen in place, says a close source to Mani Ratnam. The source added that the pre production activities have commenced recently and the regular shooting is likely to kick off after Summer. The cast and crew for this interesting project will be announced later.
Mani Ratnam is currently busy with his upcoming romantic entertainer Cheliya which stars Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari. Mani will join the post production work after April.
