Actor Ram Charan’s upcoming period drama Rangasthalam 1985 is gearing up for Summer release. The Sukumar directional has been doing phenomenal pre release business in all areas of Telugu states.

It is well known that Sukumar’s films carry strong market base among overseas trade circles. His last outing Nannaku Premato collected more than $ 2M there. Now, Rangasthalam is also keeping the buyers very interested.

According to the latest update, the overseas rights of Rangasthalam have been sealed for 9 Crores by Creative Cinemas NY. This is a promising deal considering Ram Charan’s market in overseas.

Charan’s previous hit Dhruva collected close to $ 1.5 M in overseas and Rangasthalam should emerge as the career best hit to break even ( $1.6M – $ $1.8M).
