The Rise of Baahubali in Telangana Politics

0

After CLP leader Jana Reddy said that Baahubali will come to resurrect congress in 2019 elections, the new entrant to set hopes on Baahubali is BJP leader Kishan Reddy. The BJP floor leader predicted that Baahubali would emerge from within the party to lead it towards a huge victory in the 2019 elections.

Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka said congress doesn’t need a Baahubali from outside. This was asserted by Congress leader Geeta Reddy who went a step ahead and said that Congress had two Baahubalis – Jana Reddy and Uttam Kumar Reddy. Looks like Congress has found its Mahendra and Amarendra Baahubali. Further she added that her party is not scared of TRS Baahubali.

In a recent interview, Actor Nassar said Baahubali story revolves around Bijala Deva who wants to make his son the emperor of Mahismathi and succeeds in doing so. Initially Bijjala Deva(TRS) was at the behest of Sivagami(Sonia). Bijjaladev plans for Bhallala Deva to win by providing superior weapons for him. Soon, TRS was able to get Telangana and the powerful Bhallala Deva started ruling it. Is Bhallala Deva bad, not according to Bijjala Deva and their followers. Sivagami Devi did save Mahendra Baahubali, may be that’s why the congress leaders feel that Mahendra Baahubali will emerge on the right time. Kattapa’s role is played by the people who vote for the leaders and are with the king be it Baahubali or Bhallala. They take the good and the bad but when right time comes even Katappa will switch sides. Kattapa killed Baahubali in The Beginning, but in The Conclusion Kattapa is with Baahubali against Bhallala. Kattappa might switch sides only if the modern Bhallala is like that of the reel one.

While Congress can associate itself with the story of Baahubali, but it is weird that BJP which had only Aslam Khan (Sudeep) for a long time is expecting Baahubali to emerge. While S S Rajamouli is said to have given a lengthy role to Aslam Khan in conclusion, may be Kishan Reddy will have more power by 2019 elections.
