After ‘Venky Mama’ fixing its release date as December 13, the stress on Sankranthi movies has eased out. Furthermore, Superstar Rajinikanth has also changed the date of ‘Darbar’. According to Lyca Productions’ website, ‘Darbar’ will release on 9th January in all languages simultaneously. This decision has come as a boon to Mahesh Babu and Allu Arjun’s movies.

Now, ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ can comfortably lock its release date as January 11 to avoid a direct fight with ‘Ala Vaikunthapuramlo’. The trade sources have been telling everyone that the makers of ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ and ‘Ala Vaikunthapuramlo’ have already decided to maintain a single day gap between their movies. So, Allu Arjun and Trivikram’s film will stick to its original release date – January 12, 2012.

The last film to hit the Sankranthi season would be Kalyan Ram’s ‘Entha Manchivaadavura’. This film has been fixed its date as Jan 15. No film will be directly clashing with each other on the release day. But the makers have to announce the new changed dates.
