After Rangasthalam, Sukumar is looking to reunite with Mahesh Babu and make amends for his earlier debacle 1 Nenonnakadine. Mythri Movie Makers is planning to bring this combination in 2019. However, the project faced an initial setback as Mahesh rejected a script narrated by Sukumar. It is a period drama set in Telangana. Mahesh asked Sukumar to come up with a different idea as he is not willing to experiment any more after the disastrous result of 1 Nenonnakadine.
Confident on working out a new script for Mahesh, Sukumar and his assistants discussed another fresh subject and finalized the script. Soon, Sukumar is going to meet Mahesh Babu with full draft. If Mahesh likes the line, he might immediately give the go ahead signal to Sukumar.
Sukumar is hopeful of convincing Mahesh this time. If everything falls in place, the project might commence in Summer next year. Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu is busy wrapping up his upcoming film Maharshi which has Vamshi Paidipalli at the helm.
