Nag Ashwin seeks help from Anand Mahindra for ‘Project K’

Director Nag Ashwin, who is currently handling the pan-India venture titled ‘Project K’ with Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Amitabh Bachchan as the lead actors, has requested business tycoon Anand Mahindra, for his help.

The visionary director, who created the world of the late legendary actress Savitri for her biopic ‘Mahanati’, sought help from Anand Mahindra the chairman of the Mahindra Group.

Nag Ashwin’s tweet requesting Anand Mahindra to bail him out with some engineering works related to his movie, wrote a lengthy note.

“Dear Anand Mahindra sir�we are making an Indian sci-fi film with Mr.Bachchan, Prabhas and Deepika called Project K A few vehicles we are building for this world are unique and beyond the tech of today.”

“If this film does what it is supposed to, it will be the pride of our nation”, Nag Ashwin conveyed.

“I admire you a lot sir. We have a talented, fully Indian team of engineers and designers. But the scale of the project is such that we could use a hand. Such a film has never been attempted before.”

“It would be an honor if you can help us engineer the future. Project K”, he concluded.

Nag Ashwin’s request appears to be sincere, as he requested the noted tycoon to assist him with the big-ticket movie. Well, Anand Mahindra has not reacted to it yet.

Nandamuri Balakrishna has a reputation for featuring in gravity-defying fight sequences. One particular scene in his latest outing Jai Simha is now going viral among audience and it even turned the attention of the Chairman of Mahindra Group, Anand Mahindra.

In one of the action episodes in Jai Simha, Balakrishna is seen lifting a stationed Bolero with a single hand challenging the villain opposite him. This particular scene is trending in social media and drew the attention of Anand Mahindra who gave a humourous reply in his sarcastic style.

He funnily replied that the service workshops of Mahindra no longer require any hydraulic lifts for doing Bolero check ups if they follow NBK’s style. The humourous reply is now trending in social media with hundreds of retweets and likes.

Usually, vehicle checkups and servicing are done using hydraulic lifts. But, Balakrishna’s over-the-top stunt has defied that logic and became a talking point among audience.

On a shocking note, a news broke on the internet last day, about new decision of Donald Trump that is to send back more than 500,000 Indian tech workers from the USA. As per the reports, the Department of Homeland Security of the US is said to be considering new regulations that would prevent H-1B visa extensions, as a part of president’s 2016 election campaign initiative “Buy American, Hire American.”

Reacting to it, the chairman of Mahindra Group, Anand Mahindra expressed his support for the decision of Donald Trump and asked the IT professionals in the USA to come to India and help the country to rise. His tweet says as, “If that happens, then I say ‘Swagatam, Welcome Home.’ You’re coming back in time to help India Rise….”

We all know that H1B is a non-immigrant visa which allows the foreigners to work for the leading companies in their country and is typically issued for three to six years depending on the applicant and his employment. It is heard that the American government has taken this decision to open up opportunities for thousands of Americans.

As per the statement issued by Jonathan Withington, chief of media relations for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), “They are considering few changes in the Presidents order and requesting for a thorough review of employment-based visa programmes.”

KTR invites Ratan Tata to inaugurate T-Hub

Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao met  Ratan Tata chairman emeritus of Tata group in Mumbai Wednesday. The minister invited  Tata to inaugurate the T Hub building next month. He briefed Ratan Tata  about all the digital initiatives undertaken in Telangana and  about the largest technology incubator being set up in Hyderabad called T Hub.

Ratan Tata gave some valuable suggestions on how this incubator could leverage the presence of pharmaceutical industry, the defense and aerospace industry to innovate new products for them, the minister said after the meeting.

Tata was all praise for the vision of the government for creating an extensive digital infrastructure and steps taken for digital empowerment.

“I had a great interactive session with Ratan Tata and briefed him on Telangana’s vision in IT. I sought his blessings for T-Hub” Rama Rao added.

Later,  Rama Rao accompanied by IT Secretary Jayesh Ranjan called on Anand Mahindra, Chairman and MD of Mahindra Group. The possibility of investments by various Mahindra group companies in Telangana was discussed. Minister interacted with Anand Mahindra, and invited to visit to Telangana. Anand Mahindra accepted the minister invitation and he will visit Telangana to discuss further on potential investments. Anand Mahindra  Tweeted after the meeting,
