Anushka Shetty is Tollywood’s top actress. After wrapping up her part for Bhagmati, the actress is not in a mood to sign any films. She is quite focused on losing enough weight which she failed to do over these months. She was even spotted bulky in some of the shots in Baahubali: The Conclusion and Anushka decided to take things seriously. The actress flew to Kerala on a weight loss mission recently and will spend a month of her time losing weight.

Anushka will be spending time in a nature cure hospital in Kerala and will lose weight through natural techniques. Not in a hurry to sign films, Anushka is said to spend enough time, lose weight and then return back to the city. Anushka is said to have been approached for couple of prestigious projects in the recent times but she turned them down. Bhagmati directed by Ashok has been planned for Sankranti release next year and is bankrolled by UV Creations.

Tollywood’s top actress Anushka signed many interesting women centric films in her career. The actress recently wrapped up the shoot of her next big budget periodic drama titled Bhagmati in which Anushka plays the title role. The film has been delayed by months and the makers had no clarity on the release date. G Ashok Kumar who earlier directed Pilla Zamindar helmed the film which will have huge footage of VFX effects. The VFX work is currently taking place in Mumbai which will be done soon.

With Mahesh’s Bharat anu Nenu walking out of Sankranthi race, the makers are keen on releasing this big budget entertainer during the festival season. With enough time left, Ashok is in plans to wrap up all the post-production work of the film and promote it well ahead of Sankranthi. Anushka is said to have been super confident on the film and Jayaram, Aadhi Pinisetty essayed other crucial roles in Bhagmati which has been bankrolled by UV Creations. The makers are not in a mood to push the release date further and are in plans to wrap up things at the earliest.

After being in the production stage for years, Anushka’s Bhagamati has recently been wrapped up. UV Creations, who bankrolled this heroine-centric film, planned to release it in October month. However, the latest developments indicate that the film may fail to see the light in 2017.

The shoot of Bhagamati kept delaying for various reasons ever since it went on floors. After much delay, makers announced to have wrapped up the shoot last month. Producers planned to start the publicity campaign for this forgotten film by unveiling the first look on the eve of Dussehra, and eventually release the film in October.

They however had to defer their plans as they are now chalking out schedules to re-shoot a few portions of the film so as to make them conducive to impose CG work. For these repairs to take place, Anushka needs to allot at least one week of her call sheets. The post-production work will eat away some more time. Getting a decent date is the foremost priority of makers as very high budget, 40 Cr (very difficult to recover unless the film gets a blockbuster talk) is at stake.

Having faith in the subject and also in Anushka’s popularity, makers had initially allotted Rs 30 Cr budget for Bhagamati. As the shoot progressed at snail pace and also because heavy CG work needed, the budget shot up to 40 Cr. Since the investment is too huge, makers are taking no chances and are sculpting the film to perfection before bringing it into theatres.

Super talented actress Anushka has been in huge demand and the actress has been signing interesting films which are high on content. After Baahubali, the actress will be seen in Bhagmati which has been helmed by G Ashok. The principle shoot of the movie has been wrapped up recently and the movie’s post-production work is in process. The VFX work is happening in Mumbai and it takes couple of months to wrap up the entire post-production work.

The latest update is that the makers are keen on releasing the film during December. With October totally packed with films and November not a good time to release the film, the makers locked December for the film’s release. SS Thaman is the music composer and UV Creations are bankrolling Bhagmati which already surprised with the pre-release business.

Continuing her tryst with lady oriented films, star heroine Anushka Shetty signed an interesting project titled Bhagmati, which was on floors from a long time. Tipped as a modern day thriller, the film has Pilla Zamindar fame Ashok at the helm.

The film’s shoot has been wrapped up recently and the post production activities are currently underway. Reportedly, the film will have a considerable range of VFX shots and the makers have spent a fortune for the special effects.

The fresh update reveals that the film is likely to release in the last week of July, if not it will hit the screens in August as Independence day treat. The first look teaser is likely to be out very soon and an official release date will announced by the producers.

Malayalam actor Unni Mukunda is playing a crucial role in the film. UV Creations is bankrolling this big budget flick.
