Megastar and former Union Minister K Chiranjeevi got an invitation from the Central government to be part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s public meeting at Bhimavaram in West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh on July 4.

The Prime Minister is participating in the 125th birth anniversary celebrations of freedom fighter Alluri Sitarama Raju in Bhimavaram. The Prime Minister would proceed to Visakhapatnam on the same day to address another meeting.

Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi, who held the Ministry of Tourism at the Centre in the UPA government, was invited for the Bhimavaram meeting. As the event is being organised by the Union Ministry of Tourism, and Chiranjeevi hails from the area as his birthplace Moglathuru village is close to the town, the invitation was sent to him.

However, it is not known whether he was invited to share the dais with the Prime Minister or just to grace the occasion one among the VIPs. It is also not known whether the former Union Tourism minister (Chiranjeevi) had accepted the invitation and would attend the meeting.

Union Minister for Tourism G Kishan Reddy had sent the invitation to Chiranjeevi on Tuesday. Kishan Reddy sought to inform Chiranjeevi that the Union Minister of Tourism and Culture with the AP government would be celebrating the 125th birth anniversary of Alluri Sitarama Raju all through the year and sought his support in organising these programmes.

But what is interesting here is whether the invitation was sent to Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan, who is an ally of the BJP and younger brother of Chiranjeevi. If invited, will he share the dais as his rival and chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy is also likely to be present! However, the chief minister’s presence is also not confirmed yet, but he attends the meeting, it would be quite interesting to see the rivals on the stage!

Megastar Chiranjeevi tasted the biggest debacle with Acharya and he is on a break. Megastar is one actor who always learned from his failures. He is extra cautious about his upcoming projects. He is rethinking about the projects that are in the discussion stages. Three films of the actor: God Father, Bhola Shankar and Waltair Veerayya are under shoot. While God Father is almost done with the shoot, a major portions are to be filmed for Bhola Shankar and Waltair Veerayya.

Megastar has changed plans about his lineup of films. He decided to complete the shoot of Waltair Veerayya first and release the film soon. God Father and Bhola Shankar are remakes and Chiranjeevi is keen to test his luck with Waltair Veerayya which is a straight film and a mass entertainer. He allocated his dates for Waltair Veerayya and the new schedule commences soon. The release date of Waltair Veerayya will be finalized and it will be announced soon.

Megastar Chiranjeevi tasted the biggest ever debacle with Acharya. The actor is on a break and is holidaying in USA currently. Megastar has a lineup of films and three films God Father, Bhola Shankar and Waltair Veerayya are in shooting mode. Chiranjeevi also signed a film for young director Venky Kudumula. There are a lot of speculations about the film. There are strong talks that Megastar is rethinking about the film and he has kept the project on hold for now.

The close sources of Venky Kudumula said that the project is very much on and the script work is happening currently. Venky Kudumula will narrate the final script to Chiranjeevi after which the final decision will be taken. Megastar will take a call on the project after he returns back from USA. He will immediately resume the shoot of God Father and the film will hit the screens for Dasara. Chiranjeevi is keen to complete the shoot of Bhola Shankar and Waltair Veerayya this year.
