Megastar Chiranjeevi is making the best out of this lockdown time. Apart from spending ample time with his family, Chiranjeevi is involving in household activities. He is testing his hands in cooking and is participating in the gardening work of his bungalow. Chiranjeevi is currently learning Spanish after he got inspired by his grandchildren. He said that his grandchildren are learning different languages after which he got the idea to learn Spanish.

Chiranjeevi depended on the internet and is learning the language currently. He says that the internet has all the needed stuff and one can spend time on internet to learn anything. Complaining about having no time is just an excuse says Chiranjeevi and the top actor proved that he is one person who is quite enthusiastic to learn new things every day. Chiranjeevi is currently busy with Acharya directed by Koratala Siva. The film also features Ram Charan in a crucial role and the shoot got halted due to coronavirus outbreak.

Ram Charan acquired the remake rights of Malayalam film Lucifer. Megastar Chiranjeevi confirmed that he would feature in the lead role in the remake. The hunt for the director was on from some time and names like VV Vinayak, KS Ravindra (Bobby), Sujeeth are speculated. It is heard that Chiranjeevi locked Sujeeth for the film and the young director started working on the script recently. After Saaho, Sujeeth did not have great offers in hand.

When the makers approached Sujeeth for the remake, he signed the project immediately. The official announcement about the film will be made soon. Konidela Production Company will produce the remake which will be completed in quick schedules and will be made on a strict budget. Chiranjeevi is now busy with Koratala Siva’s Acharya which will release later this year

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s next film Acharya is heading for release this year. Koratala Siva is the director and Trisha has been roped in as the leading lady in this social drama. Leaving everyone in surprise, Trisha walked out of the film citing creative differences. The real reason behind this is unknown and Chiranjeevi responded on Trisha’s exit for the first time. Kajal Aggarwal is now the leading lady in Acharya.

“I asked the whole team if they had any issue with Trisha. My daughter Sushmita was even ready with her outfits. We heard the news about her exit. I later came to know that she signed Mani Ratnam’s project and had to allocate bulk dates for the project. Hence, she walked out of Acharya. No one from the team of Acharya had creative differences with Trisha” said Chiranjeevi. He also said that it is unclear when the shoots of Telugu films would start. Ram Charan would be playing an important role in Acharya. Niranjan Reddy and Ram Charan are the producers.

Megastar Chiranjeevi is strict on his stand, kept the shoot of Acharya on hold and is on home isolation. He is spending time with his family, donated his part for Corona Charity Crisis, mobilising funds for Telugu film workers and is quite busy spending time on Twitter and Instagram. Along with these, he offered a leave for all his workers (drivers, security people, housekeeping staff and others) and urged them to stay safe at home.

Chiranjeevi had a dream of penning his autobiography for a long time. After getting this unexpected break, Chiranjeevi is spending ample time and is recording all the memories through videos. He is interacting with his wife Surekha to remind him about the important aspects that happened in his life. Chiranjeevi is initially getting the rough draft ready after which the autobiography will be ready.

Chiranjeevi also requested guests not to visit him during this lockdown time. Chiranjeevi’s daughters, his sisters, and their families are staying with Chiranjeevi. They are watching movies together, cooking delicious food and they are spending quality time together. Chiranjeevi is taking care of the gardening work, hitting the gym on a regular basis and is reading books. His fans and well-wishers will soon get a chance to read his autobiography soon.

Megastar Chiranjeevi recently joined twitter and like other actors, he did not restrict himself to post about his films and about his personal life. The actor brought a new energy across all the actors. Without hesitation, Megastar lauded each and everyone who donated their part during this coronavirus outbreak. He staged meetings with industry biggies and formed ‘Corona Crisis Charity’ to serve the daily wage workers and artists who are struggling for food.

Chiranjeevi donated Rs 1 crore for Film workers and he invited all the actors to donate their part. Right from day one of the outbreak, he posted several videos educating the people about the deadly coronavirus and urged people to stay at homes. He even appeared in a special song about coronavirus that was out yesterday. Though some of them criticized, Chiranjeevi won the hearts of everyone for his work during this tough time.

Chiranjeevi is currently busy pooling out more funds to support the needy. Apart from Chiranjeevi, Charan donated Rs 70 lakhs for AP and Telangana Chief Minister’s Relief Fund and Rs 30 lakhs for daily wage workers of Telugu cinema.

Though it is late, Megastar Chiranjeevi made his twitter debut in the latest available way. The actor surprised everyone on twitter with a bunch of replies. Megastar replying to every celebrity is the most discussed topic today. Chiranjeevi thanked everyone who wished him on his twitter debut. Generally, actors and celebrities just update their happenings or post about their upcoming movies on twitter.

But Megastar is said to have been utilizing the break and is replying to every celebrity personally. He even welcomed his son Charan to twitter and lauded the motion poster of RRR. Tollywood is blown away with the gesture of Megastar. Some of them are left thrilled after they got a reply from one and only Megastar. Chiranjeevi urged everyone to be safe by staying back at home during this quarantine time.
