Buzz: Bobby to direct Rajinikanth?

Telugu360 was the first to reveal that Dil Raju locked Superstar Rajinikanth for his next. Dil Raju is all set to produce his second Tamil film. After Jersey’s flop in Bollywood, the producer took a break and started concentrating on big-budget South films. He is clear about producing big-budget films with star heroes. He has officially signed Rajinikanth for the Tamil-Telugu biggie.

The latest buzz is that director Bobby is going to direct Rajinikanth. Rajinikanth will be working with Bobby parallelly along with TJ Gnanavel’s film. Dil Raju is planning to release the film next year and an official announcement is expected soon. Flipside, Dil Raju is also producing Thalapathy Vijay and Vamshi Paidipally’s film for their second collaboration.

Bobby in talks with a Mega Hero?

KS Ravindra (Bobby) shot fame with his debut film Power and did decent films in his career. Though Sardar Gabbar Singh disappointed, Bobby bounced back with Jai Lava Kusa. The ace director is eagerly waiting for the release of Venky Mama featuring Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya in the lead roles. The film is hitting the screens tomorrow and Bobby is super confident about the product. As per the latest update, Bobby is in plans to meet Allu Arjun and narrate him an action thriller.

Right after the release of Venky Mama, Bobby will meet Allu Arjun for his next. Allu Aravind’s Geetha Arts will bankroll this project if it materializes. Allu Arjun is busy with Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo which is slated for Sankranthi release. The actor will soon join the sets of Sukumar’s film from January. Bobby’s project may roll from the second half of 2020 if the talks turn positive.

Despite his last outing, Sardaar, turned out to be a box office failure, young director Bobby has convinced NTR with an interesting script and he is currently busy wrapping the film’s shoot. He has come up with a triple role for NTR in Jai Lava Kusa and the outcome of the film will definitely be a defining moment in his career.

Now, it is learnt that Bobby has already started working for his next project after Jai Lava Kusa. Reports suggest that he has readied a script for Allu Arjun and waiting for his go ahead signal. He has already held story discussions several times with Allu Arjun, who is yet to take the final call.

Allu Arjun is currently working with Vakkantham Vamshi and has Linguswamy’s project lined up next. So, it remains to be seen if he gives a chance to Bobby after these two films.
