Superstar Mahesh Babu is quite busy as an actor and he floated his own production house G Mahesh Babu Entertainments Pvt Ltd and co-produced super hit films like Srimanthudu. Though he did not take the responsibility of production for Srimanthudu, he shared the profits of this film with Mythri Movie Makers. Now Mahesh Babu is in plans to turn a full time producer and keep his production house busy with back to back films.

Young actor Adivi Sesh who surprised Tollywood audience with Goodachari will play the lead role in the maiden production of Mahesh Babu. Sashikiran Tikka who directed Goodachari will direct this project. Mahesh’s wife Namratha Shirodhkar will overlook the production responsibilities of this action thriller. An official announcement about this project will be made soon.

Superstar Mahesh Babu’s wax statue soon will be unveiled in Madame Tussauds Singapore and the necessary arrangements are made currently. Before the inauguration, the wax statue will be flown to Hyderabad and will be unveiled in Superstar’s AMB Cinemas. A bunch of fans will have a chance to take a click with Superstar and his wax statue in the posh multiplex soon.

Team Mahesh Babu are currently finalizing the dates and the event will probably happen in March as per the availability of Superstar. Soon after this, the wax statue of Mahesh Babu will be placed in Madame Tussaud’s Singapore. Mahesh is currently busy with the shoot of Maharshi that is hitting the screens during April this year.

Talented director Sukumar bagged a golden opportunity to direct Superstar Mahesh Babu for the second time. After the super success of Rangasthalam, Sukumar is in huge demand and he was keen to team up with Mahesh. An official announcement arrived last year and Mythri Movie Makers came on to the board to produce this big budget film. Mahesh Babu wanted Sukumar to take ample time but he wanted him to narrate a bound script before getting the final nod.

Sukumar met Mahesh thrice in the past five months and impressed the actor with a plot. The last meeting took place couple of days ago and Sukumar is yet to narrate the complete draft. He had important blocks ready from the film which sounded impressive. Sukumar requested some more time for completing the final script and Mahesh asked him to go ahead. Sukumar has his hands on several projects currently which are made on his home banner Sukumar Writings.

All his best associates are out and turning directors this year. Hence Sukumar is finding it tough to wrap up the work on time. Mahesh who is busy with Maharshi will wait for Sukumar to take the final call on his next project.

Superstar Mahesh Babu who is shooting for Maharshi is all set to team up with Sukumar for his next. An announcement was made after Sukumar’s last outing Rangasthalam ended up as the second biggest hit of Telugu cinema. But there were talks that Mahesh wasn’t excited with the scripts narrated by Sukumar. The top director was busy penning an interesting script that would suit Mahesh and present him in a never seen way.

The latest speculations that are making rounds is that Sukumar penned a film set in the backdrop of Seshachalam Hills and the film will revolve around Red sanders (Erra Chandanam) smuggling. He narrated this script and got a positive nod from Mahesh recently. The regular shoot is likely to commence from June this year and Sukumar is giving final touches for the script. Mythri Movie Makers will produce this big budget action thriller.

Superstar Mahesh Babu and his wife Namratha Shirodkhar donates a part of their earnings for charity and for the needy. Every year on her birthday, Namratha chooses a bright student and offers Rs 1 lakh. This year, Ganta Pragnesh from East Godavari has been awarded Rs 1 lakh by Namratha personally.

Pragnesh is currently pursuing BE second year. He was given Rs 1,01,116 cheque by Namratha on her birthday. Along with these, Namratha participated in several charity activities yesterday. Mahesh and Namratha stepped forward to help several ill underprivileged children through various NGOs and they adopted couple of villages across AP and Telangana.

Mahesh is currently in Pollachi shooting for Maharshi which is slated for summer release.

Superstar Mahesh Babu seems to be holding his horses before signing new projects. Currently busy with his landmark 25th film, the Bharat Ane Nenu actor is yet to finalize his next film. He initially agreed to team up with Sukumar, who delivered a smashing box office hit with Rangasthalam, for his next outing. Also, he is keen to work with young directors like Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Ajay Bhupathi and Parasuram.

It is a known news that Mahesh Babu rejected a couple of scripts narrated by Sukumar. The ace director then worked on a new line with his team of assistants. Mahesh sounded optimistic and asked him to come up with full draft. Sukumar is now ready with the bound script and is waiting for Mahesh’s return from holiday.

Sources say that Mahesh will take a call on this project in a few days. If he is not happy with the full draft narrated by Sukumar, he is likely to go with one of the young directors for his next film. Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Ajay Bhupathi already met Mahesh and gave narration. On the other side, Parasuram is also working on script for him. So, all these directors are eagerly waiting for Mahesh Babu’s decision. It remains to be seen who gets the opportunity to call shots for his next project.

A couple of days ago, Hyderabad GST Commissionerate attached the bank accounts of Superstar Mahesh Babu regarding the pending taxes. Soon the actor’s legal team issued a statement revealing interesting updates. Now GST Additional Commissioner Anand Kumar spoke about the entire issue. He clarified that Mahesh Babu failed to pay the taxes for the year 2007-08 and the taxes, interests along with penalty reached Rs 73.5 lakhs.

“Despite of serving notices several times, Mahesh Babu failed to respond and hence we attached his bank accounts and collected the pending dues from his accounts. We recovered Rs 31.42 lakhs from his ICICI Bank and Rs 42.96 lakhs from his Axis Bank account” informed Anand Kumar. Earlier before this Mahesh’s legal team issued a statement that the bank accounts have been attached without serving any notices.
