Ilayathalapathy Vijay is busy shooting for his next movie which has been termed #Vijay61. Atlee is teaming up for the second time after a massive hit like Therii. The shoot of the film is currently mid way and the makers revealed that the film will have a Diwali release this year. With Rajinikanth’s 2.0 walking out of Diwali race, Vijay opted out for Diwali release. The movie is said to be an action thriller and top Telugu writer V Vijayendra Prasad penned the story for the film.

Made on a massive budget, Vijay will be seen in three different roles. Kajal, Samantha and Nithya Menen are the female leads in this untitled project. The first look poster of the film will be unveiled today and SJ Suriyah will be seen as the lead antagonist. AR Rahman is composing the music and Sri Thenandal Films is producing this big budget entertainer.
