Mahesh Babu’s ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ is set to hit theatres on May 12 and he is very busy with interviews and media appearances. He was asked if he wanted to act in a biography about his father’s life.

Mahesh explained, “For me, my dad is my God. I will not act in his biopic, I would rather love to produce if the subject can be dealt properly.”

Fans of superstar Krishna (Mahesh’s father) appreciate Mahesh’s references to him in his films. Both stars have appeared in a few films before, and their fans adored them.

Fans went crazy when Krishna’s Alluri Sitaramaraju reference appeared in ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ recently. So, there is a constant expectation that Mahesh might someday depict Krishna in his biopic, which would portray the illustrious career of the first superstar in Telugu.

Mahesh was asked if he would be willing to do so in that context.

Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata is releasing on the 12th. Massive expectations are riding on the film after the sensational response to the trailer. The Superstar sounded extremely confident in the interaction with Print and web media.

“SVP credit should go to director Parasuram. My character is very newly designed. I enjoyed it a lot and worked hard. I have been reminded of Pokiri days. Body language, dialogue delivery .. everything is new like this. It will be a blockbuster for sure,” Mahesh said.

“I liked Geetha Govindham very much. I did not consider if he is a small or big director. I liked the story and the script. I fell in love with my character. I felt good vibes in the first hearing itself. So, I immediately agreed,” he revealed about how the project happened.

Mahesh Babu also responded about if there is a message in the movie. “There is so much about having a ‘message’ in my last three films. Fans are saying it is refreshing to see me act without any boundaries. You will enjoy me similarly in the film,” he said.

The Superstar is also in all praise for Thaman. “I have a doubt when Thaman gave Kalaavathi tune. I felt it is slow. Director was not sure if a big star can go after a heroine. But Thaman said trust me and he proved to be right. It is my favorite number. I am so proud of what Thaman is doing these days,” Mahesh said about the sensational music director.

Superstar Mahesh Babu interacted with the media today and the actor was asked about Murari Bava song from the film that was chopped off from the film. Mahesh Babu revealed that the song will be released on YouTube directly at a later date. Ma Ma Mahesha song was replaced with Murari Bava song from the film. Mahesh also heaped praises on the director Parasuram and Thaman for their work. He also clarified that Sarkaru Vaari Paata will not head for a pan-Indian release.

Mahesh Babu also said that his film with Trivikram is a straight Telugu movie and will not have a pan-Indian release. Sarkaru Vaari Paata is heading for a wide release on Thursday and Keerthy Suresh is the leading lady. Mahesh revealed that the first half is filled with unlimited fun between him and Keerthy Suresh. The actor will take a break and he will commence the shoot of Trivikram’s film from the end of June.

The ‘Murari’ actor, who discussed a variety of topics during the interview, explained how the title was chosen. “I was at the gym one day when I got a call from Parasuram (director) and was told that there had been rumours that the title ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ was being considered for my film. ‘It’s perfect, let’s go with it, I said”.

Mahesh Babu also joked that there were so many times when authentic data related to this film was leaked that many people assumed Mahesh was the one leaking information.

Mahesh Babu revealed in the same interview that his scenes with Vennela Kishore will be the commercial drama’s main highlights.

“One can’t even guess how entertaining those scenes are going to be. Vennela Kishore and my combination scenes will be the movie’s pinnacle of entertainment,” Mahesh disclosed.

Mahesh also discussed how his eccentricity in ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ makes him optimistic about the film’s outcome.

Superstar Mahesh Babu’s much awaited family and action entertainer Sarkaru Vaari Paata pre-release event is currently happening in presence of the entire team and some special guests. Directors Sukumar, Anil Ravipudi, Maher Ramesh, Vamsi paidipally, Gopichand Malineni and Buchi Babu Sana graced the occasion.

Sukumar informed that he watched Ma Ma Mahesha song in editing table and he watched it on loop. He made a statement that Mahesh Babu makes directors feel like kings on sets. He said Kalaavathi and Ma Ma Mahesha are his favorite songs in the album.

Director Anil Ravipudi predicted that Sarkaru Vaari Paata will become much bigger hot than Sarileru Neekevvaru. Gopichand Malineni lauded director Parasuram for presenting Mahesh Babu in a stylish and energetic role. Buchi Babu and Vamsi Paidipally too wished the team all the success.

Parasuram revealed that it was director Koratala Siva who helped him to reach and narrate the story to Mahesh Babu. “When I approached Mahesh Babu to narrate the story, I was very tensed. But that smile in his face, after 5 mins after I started the narration, gave me the confidence. Mahesh Babu told me that he wanted a biggest blockbuster. I gave my best for the film. I assure all of you that we are going to deliver a blockbuster on 12th.”

Keerthy Suresh delivered her speech thanking Parasuram for giving her the character Kalaavathi. She said she had tensions while shooting, dubbing and even to speak at the event. She said Mahesh Babu’s timing, glamor and fans frenzy as the reason for her tensions.

Mahesh Babu looked extremely confident about the movie. He thanked Parasuram for designing such a character for him. “It’s been almost 2 years, since we celebrated a movie event. I should first thank Parasuram for designing my character extraordinarily. I thoroughly enjoyed working for the film. Shooting for few scenes reminded me of Pokiri days. Editor Marthand too use to say that we are going to score much bigger hit than Pokiri.

Parasuram told me that he came to Hyderabad to direct movies, after watching my Okkadu. He will be one of favourite directors of my fans and my dad’s fans. Hero-heroine’s track will have repeat audience. There are many other highlights in the movie.

Keerthy is an amazing co-star. Thaman has given wonderful music. I’m a big fan of his background score. He’s like a brother to me.”

Mahesh Babu turned very emotional, when he said he lost his closed ones in recent times. “A lot of changes happened in last 2 years. I lost some of my closed ones. I wish, your (fans) love will stay with me forever.”

May 7th is going to be a double treat Superstar Mahesh Babu fans. Sarkaru Vaari Paata team already announced the film’s Pre-release event that day and now, it is the time for the release of the film’s third song.

The song is special as it goes like ‘Ma Ma Mahesha’ and is said to be the Massiest Song of the season.
