His film Shyam Singha Roy is releasing in Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada along with Telugu. Nani feels that Shyam Singha Roy is the film that should reach all the neighboring languages.

“Shyam Singha Roy is my best attempt. Me and Sai Pallavi share some amazing chemistry and the second half would be a treat for the audience. As the story needs to be told on a large scale, the makers spent lavishly on the film. Shyam Singha Roy is backed by a perfect script and a strong technical team. We also got the right cast on board for the film. I played the roles of Shyam Singha Roy and Vasu in the film. Both the roles have different shades and the stories happen in different times” told Nani.

Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, Shyam Singha Roy has Nani, Sai Pallavi and Krithi Shetty in the lead roles. Niharika Entertainment are the producers.

“Though the look doesn’t appear like an intense one, the makeover was a bit difficult. I tried around 15 get-ups before we got fixated on the current look in the movie ‘Shyam Singha Roy’.

An interesting aspect about his makeover is that Nani didn’t gain weight, though he looked a bit chubby as ‘Shyam Singha Roy’.

Nani’s looks had his hairstyle, moustache, and dressing style changed, which would represent the men in Bengal during the ’70s. Nani, who had to utter powerful dialogues in Bengali, also practiced the diction.

Nani and his team are all set with back-to-back promotions, as they wait for ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ to hit the screens on December 24.

Nani, Sai Pallavi and Krithi Shetty starrer Shyam Singha Roy has completed its censor. The film has got U/A certificate and the final duration is 2 hours and 37 mins. All the hurdles are cleared for the film to release on December 24th.

Censor sleuths expressed their contentment after watching the movie. Particularly, they were spellbound by the climax sequence. Nani has done two roles- one is a filmmaker and the other is a writer.

Nani and Krithi Shetty’s sequences in first half are entertaining, while Nani and Sai Pallavi’s love track in second half will be the major highlight. Nani is exceptional in both the roles, while Sai Pallavi steals the show in second half. The dance sequence in temple will be one of the major attractions.

It was earlier reported that B4U had bought the Hindi dubbing rights of the movie for Rs 10 crore. Now, Telugu satellite rights of the movie have also been sold for Rs 10 crore in one of the biggest deals in terms of satellite rights for Nani.
