Navayuga petitions High Court on Bandar Port

0

The Jagan Reddy government cancelled the Bandar Port agreement that was signed with the Navayuga Company in the previous Chandrababu Regime. The company challenged the YCP government’s latest decision in AP High Court. The next hearing on the case is to be taken up on September 12.

Navayuga lawyer urged the court to cancel the GO 66 issued by Jagan Circar regarding cancellation of port agreement. The Company argued that the government is giving misleading information that there’s no progress in the port works. The government is itself responsible for delay in the works as it is not handing over all the lands as per the agreement.

Navayuga says that it is given possession of only over 400 acres till now while another 4,500 acres are still to be handed over by the AP government. The company has so far spent Rs 436 Cr on the port project till now. The High Court could not take up hearing on Thursday as the advocates are on strike.

This is the second court case filed by Navayuga against Jagan Circar. The company already got stay orders issued against the YCP government’s cancellation of Polavaram contract.

4 arrested for insulting Dalit Andhra MLA at Ganesh pandal

0

Four persons were arrested on Tuesday for insulting a Dalit woman legislator belonging to Andhra Pradesh’s ruling YSR Congress Party during Ganesh Chaurthi, police said.

The upper caste men, allegedly belonging to the opposition Telugu Desam Party, insulted Vundavalli Sridevi when she had gone to a Ganesh pandal to perform puja in Annavaram village here on Monday.

As the MLA reached the pandal and the priest started performing rituals, the accused shouted at her and used filthy language, saying she should not touch the Ganesh idol.

Kommineni Sivaiah, Kommineni Sai, Kommineni Ramakrishna and Kommineni Bujji were booked under various sections of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. They were also charged with insulting the modesty of a woman and indecent behaviour.

The case was registered at Thulluru police station in Guntur district. Police later arrested all the accused.

Sridevi, who represents Tadikonda constituency, alleged that the accused belong to the TDP.

According to her, the men remarked that by touching the Ganesh idol, she would defile it.

Upset over the incident, the MLA lodged a complaint with the Director General of Police Gautam Sawang and also the Guntur Superintendent of Police.

The YSRCP MLA also demanded that TDP President N. Chandrababu Naidu should also be booked as he had nurtured this kind of psyche among his party rank and file.

State Women’s Commission chairperson Vasireddy Padma also spoke to the DGP and urged him to take strong action against the accused.

YCP attacks frighten away big companies in Anantapur

1

The multi-crore Kia Motor Industry in Anantapur district faced bad experiences since the YCP came to power. Now, one more major infrastructure company made police complaints against the YCP leaders there. The SR Constructions management stopped the national highway works following the destruction of its vehicles, machinery and other property in Atmakur area in the district.

For several months, the company stopped highway works following threatening calls from the YCP local leaders. But it resumed the works following requests made by the highways authority. The ruling YCP leaders have also attacked and destroyed furniture in the camp office of the construction company.

The industrialists are upset over the government not taking any action on the complaints being given by them. Due to lack of any action, the YCP leaders are continuing their attacks on the companies and property.

Jagan reverses committee report on HC

0

The Sivaramakrishnan Committee, which was set up to study and suggest AP Capital, recommended that High Court be located in Visakhapatnam and a HC bench in Kurnool at that time. Now, the Jaganmohan Reddy government is doing exactly the reverse of this recommendation as per rumours going on. Now, plans are to set up HC in Kurnool and its bench in Vizag. The Sivaramakrishnan Committee is the one that YCP is referring to every time it wants to blame the TDP on the ‘wrong selection of flood-prone Amaravati as capital’.

Delhi political circles are full of rumours that during his last visit to national capital, CM Jagan told Union Home Minister Amit Shah that in AP, the heads of various departments would be from Amaravati to distribute them all over the 13 districts. Expectedly, the Director of Mines Department will be having Kadapa as his headquarters. And, mining is the mainstay of the YSR family since Grandpa Raja Reddy days.

Jagan reportedly told Shah that the decentralisation of administration would be given top priority in Andhra. There is no clue how Shah responded to this. Jagan’s mission is obvious. He is hell bent on reversing what Chandrababu Naidu did. The so-called decentralisation strategy is clearly to kill the global city dream that Naidu has for Amaravati. Jagan’s plan also goes against the spirit of promises made by the national leaders at the time of AP reorganisation that a big city matching with Delhi and Bangalore would be constructed for Andhra.

Why is Pawan attacking Botsa so badly?

0

YCP Minister Botsa Satyanarayana is becoming the main target for Opposition parties on Amaravati Capital City crisis. Even Pawan Kalyan has made fun of the Minister during his Capital visit. It was after Botsa’s first remarks on floods in Amaravati that the local farmers and opposition parties became greatly alarmed. Fortunately or unfortunately, the entire spotlight turned on the Minister who went on complicating the issue further with his confusing statements.

Nobody disputes that Botsa is a senior minister with long experience from YSR’s regime. He has got Chief Ministerial aspirations as well and was one of the major competitors for Kirankumar Reddy before AP reorganisation. This is what Pawan has referred and mockingly saying that Botsa may become CM one day. This triggered rumours whether Pawan has leaked out hints on what is going to happen in YCP internal party affairs.

For sure, the BJP may use CBI cases and put Jagan in jail in future in order to protect its own leaders and strengthen itself in Andhra. In such a situation, will Botsa stand a chance? It would have been possible in Congress but in YCP, only the Reddy coterie loyal to YSR family is running the show.

Very strangely, CM Jagan is continuing his silence on Capital crisis. This is why Botsa continues to draw all negative attention. Why is the Minister so over enthusiastic about Jagan agenda? Is it for the sake of making Vizianagaram one of the four capital cities?

Modi-Shah watching misrule in AP, says Pawan

0

Jana Senani Pawan Kalyan made shocking comments on the Jaganmohan Reddy government. He made his remarks after a two-day tour in Amaravati Capital City. Pawan told Jagan Regime that no political party would survive if it tries to bring tears to any section of society especially farmers. He further made sensational comments saying that Prime Minister Modi and Amit Shah are closely watching the misrule in Andhra Pradesh. Modi may look friendly but he will not tolerate misuse of authority in governance.

Pawan mocked at Minister Botsa Satyanarayana asking him not to create further confusion. ‘Botsa Garu Be Careful,’ Pawan said at one time referring to the Volkswagen case still pending against the Minister. Pawan said that he didn’t know whether lucky time or EVMs helped the YCP but it got massive majority winning 151 out of 170 MLA seats. It doesn’t mean the government can do whatever it likes.

Jana Senani assured of all his help to first wage local agitations along with Amaravati farmers. If the YCP still tries to shift Capital, Pawan told farmers that he would use his connections in the BJP to stop this. If needed, Pawan would personally take Amaravati issue to PM Modi and Shah.

Enquiry ordered into Rs 300 cr scam in TDP rule?

0

The YCP government is busy full time with unearthing huge scams during Chandrababu Naidu regime. Its latest finding is that Rs. 300 cr scam took place in the ESI in supply of medicines to hospitals. The main allegation is that large scale funds were diverted with the help of Ministers. Bills are encashed without even supplying medicines. In some cases, expired medicines were supplied and bills were claimed.

Labour Minister Jayaram took swift action and ordered an enquiry into the scam. The labour department director has been asked to conduct a detail investigation and submit a report. YCP’s immediate allegations are that the labour department officials colluded with the medicines suppliers during TDP rule. There are also suspicions that the TDP leaders were also party to the huge scam involving crores of rupees.

Political observers say that Jagan Circar is desperate to book cases against Chandrababu Naidu and former Ministers. But it has not got strong evidence in any department so far. They have scanned Polavaram and Amaravati multi-crore projects but they could not get a chance to implicate opposition leaders. Senior officials are also under heavy pressure to corner TDP leaders.

What did the YCP Regime do with Rs 18 lakh?

1

As much as Rs. 18 lakh public fund was released to celebrate Telugu Language Day. But no official function was held anywhere either in Amaravati Capital City area or in Vijayawada. Neither Chief Minister nor Ministers took part anywhere. Raising this issue in twitter, Opposition leader Nara Chandrababu Naidu asked what did the government do with those funds. Why not a single garland was presented at Telugu Talli statue to mark the occasion? It seems nobody has interest in this government to do this traditional honour.

Naidu has been criticising the Jagan Reddy government in every aspect on twitter these days. Already, he has made scathing attacks on sand scarcity, Amaravati, Polavaram, etc. Now, Naidu’s target has begun at micro level also. He questioned the government on the issue of Rs. 18 lakh very harshly. The amount was released but there was no activity conducted officially to spend this amount.

The TDP boss has also expressed concern that the song ‘Maa Telugu Talliki Malle Poodanda’ is not being heard at any official function. This is so ever since the present government came to power in the state. Naidu asked what is happening to all those Telugu cultural traditions and conventions in this State under the Jagan Reddy government. Is there nobody to honour and respect the long established traditions?

Is there any logic behind YCP insider trading allegations ?

1

The Jaganmohan Reddy government is finally giving details of real estate irregularities allegedly committed by the TDP leaders in Amaravati area during the Chandrababu Regime. Everybody expected YCP to give strong blows to the Opposition. But the government allegations are now turning out to be damp squib without logic.

It is clear now that the so-called lands of TDP leaders are not located in the seed capital area. The lands mentioned by Minister Botsa Satyanarayana are located far away at distances of 50 to 70 kms from Amaravati. Analysts are wondering whether the YCP insider trading charges are made about the lands located in 100 kms radius of Amaravati.

One of the reasons being given by YCP to shift Andhra Pradesh is insider trading. One particular caste and one particular party is deriving maximum benefit. Naturally, Amaravati will benefit the residents of Guntur and Krishna districts the most. The dominant communities here will stand to gain more. If the Capital is shifted to some other place, the same problem will arise as the dominant communities there will definitely take more benefit. If Jagan shifts Capital on petty grounds now, won’t the next government reverse his decision in the same way? Is reverse governance good for the people?

No plans to shift capital from Amaravati: YSRCP leader

0

The Andhra Pradesh government has no plans to shift the state capital out of Amaravati but works will only resume after a probe into the scams that occurred during the previous government, said a top leader of ruling YSR Congress Party.

Party legislator and spokesperson Ambati Rambabu told IANS that the opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) is spreading falsehoods that the government is planning to shift the state capital.

“Can we shift the state capital just because work was started by Chandrababu Naidu? We will set right the things and take action wherever there are allegations of corruption and irregularities.

“If we had any such plans (to shift) why our Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy would have built his house in Amaravati,” the senior leader asked.

He said unlike Jagan Mohan Reddy, his predecessor N. Chandrababu Naidu lacked sincerity in building the state capital and this is evident from the fact that the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief did not build a house in Amaravati.

“We have full confidence that Amaravati will remain the capital and that is why we have our house here. Why is Naidu not building a house here? He is living in somebody else’s house,” he said referring to Naidu’s rented house.

Rambabu disagreed that Amaravati is not a priority of the new government. “It is a a priority. It is the new state capital. Without developing a capital, how can we move forward?” he asked.

After the YSRCP stormed to power in May, works on various projects in Amaravati launched during the TDP’s tenure came to a grinding halt, triggering speculations that Jagan Mohan Reddy may have second thoughts about developing the state capital in Amaravati.

“What is the need to shift? The previous government already acquired 53,000 acres of land here. If there is a need to shift, we would have announced it by now,” said Rambabu.

He pointed out that works have stopped not just in Amaravati but on all projects. “We are looking into the irregularities committed by the previous government in awarding the works. Work will resume after reverse tendering wherever necessary,” said Rambabu, who hopes things will become normal in six months.

The YSRCP leader said their intention was not delay or cancel the projects. “We only want to see that the public money is not wasted.”

Slamming Naidu, Rambabu said they would not show graphics, make big statements like developing a magnificent city or hosting Olympics.

During the poll campaign, Jagan Mohan Reddy had targeted Naidu for not going beyond unveiling graphics on Amaravati. “He is showing cinema to people by unveiling graphics after graphics. Even after four years, Amaravati is in initial stage. Nothing permanent has come up there,” the YSRCP chief had told the election rallies.

Rambabu said the YSRCP government would not make tall claims like Naidu of building Amaravati like Singapore. “Nothing in our country will be like Singapore, China and Malaysia. Whatever we build will be Indian. It could be better than Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai or Mysore,” he said.

He alleged that Naidu has habit of boosting and uttering lies to mislead people and said this was the reason why people rejected him in the recent elections.

Chandrababu Naidu had got the master plan for Amaravati prepared by Singapore. With nine theme cities, and 27 townships, it was planned in an area of 217 square kilometres as a world-class city.

Designed not merely as an administrative capital but an economic and job creating hub and tourism centre, it was planned to be developed in three phases – seed area or core capital, the capital city and the capital region.

Naidu’s grandiose plans to build the state capital require an estimated Rs 1.5 lakh crore. Works worth Rs 38,000 crore on projects like roads and state secretariat complex were launched last year but went into a pause mode with the announcement of election schedule in March this year.

The state secretariat, housing the office of the Chief Minister, ministers, top bureaucrats and various departments, legislature and high court are currently operating from temporary structures in Amaravati.

YCP victims’ only hopes are on High Court

0

If the Jagan Reddy government begins targetting anybody, then there is no relief of any sort from any corner. All kinds of obstacles would be created. All sorts of troubles would be given to the rivals. Then the only hopes of these victims would be the AP High Court which is located in the much-crippled Amaravati Capital City area. The first YCP victim was Navayuga Company which got justice from the High Court in the Polavaram hydel project contract case.

Within three months of coming to power, the YCP government faced a negative verdict in the court. Solar power companies have also approached the court on cancellation of their PPAs which will definitely boomerang on Jagan.
Now, here is another victim who is Assembly Ex Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao. He is knocking at the doors of High Court. He has proof of letters which he has written to Assembly officials to take back the furniture long back. But Jagan Circar did not take action but preferred to blow it out of proportions and file a police case of misuse of government property against Kodela. In this also, the government will face negative verdict. Kodela would not have gone to the court if he had no valid proof of the government harassment.

Analysts say that the Amaravati farmers would also be approaching the court. Many companies are ready to follow the same if they are given trouble. Navayuga is expected to file a contempt of court case as Jagan Regime is trying to go ahead with Polavaram re-tendering process in violation of the court orders. This is indeed surprising. Henceforth, the story of Andhra is the story of YCP victims and their countless troubles till High Court provides some relief.

YCP Ministers playing dangerous game of political speculation

0

Almost all the Opposition parties are agitating against the alleged attempts to shift the Andhra Capital City. The BJP, TDP and Left leaders are continuing their attacks though Minister Botsa Satyanarayana has taken back his earlier statements. Now, Minister Kodali Nani made a comment that is adding further to the confusion. He asked whether the TDP would or could stop the Capital shifting if the government takes a final decision to that effect.

Analysts say that these confusing statements of YCP Ministers are creating a very negative and unwanted mood among the people as a whole. The ruling party may take it as a political game but they are forgetting the fact that it will have an impact on the day to day life of lakhs and crores of citizens. Already, businesses are suffering from a slowdown in Vijayawada, Amaravati and Guntur areas. The common public are no longer able to bear any more confusion. There are increasing demands that CM Jagan should clarify on the fate of Amaravati but he has not reacted so far. The government is playing a dangerous game of political speculation that is throwing different sections of people on the road. Already, the construction workers have lost work due to sand policy.

YSRCP social media deletes negative posts after Janasena’s police complaint

0

Janasena party complained to cyber crime police on negative campaign on their party in social media. As soon as this happened, YSRCP social media deleted their negative and demeaning posts on Janasena, Details as below.

Funds starved Janasena party has requested its fans and cadres to contribute small amounts to their party. Janasainiks took this task seriously and have been raising the funds and targeting to raise huge amounts by September 2nd, i.e. birth day of Pawan Kalyan. However, YSRCP social media wing started anti- campaign on Janasena saying Janasena has huge black money as it got package from Chandra Babu and the party is trying to convert that black into white by showing it as money collected from fans. However, this statement of YSRCP social media drew huge negative feedback as many people opined that – compared to other political parties, Janasena was the party that spent least amount in the elections and that has minimum funds to run the party.

After Janasena party making it clear that they will fight legally and the party filing a complaint, YSRCP social media wing deleted it’s negative post on Janasena. Now many opine that if YSRCP really believes that their statement had some water, they would have retained the post, but they deleting the post is only proving that it is false propaganda by YSRCP social media wing.

We will have to wait and see how this social media war between YSRCP and Janasena turns.

Hindu groups fire at YCP on Christianity propagation

0

The ruling YCP in Andhra is coming under increasing attacks from the BJP, RSS and various Hindu organisations. The pro-Christian advertisement on Tirupati-Tirumala tickets has triggered strong reactions the YCP government. The pilgrim passengers are given bus tickets on the back of which details are given for the Holy Jerusalem Yatra and over facilities being given to Christians and Minorities.

The officials tried to cover it up as a mistake. But the Hindu groups are saying that it is negligence on the part of the RTC and the government. It looks like a small issue but the Hindu devotees are greatly alarmed as it happened at Tirumala temple which is one of the most sacred places for them. Already, the YCP withdrew its orders after there was lot of protest against its alleged favouritism to followers of other religions in Srisailam shops allotment.

Analysts say that there’s a specific purpose behind the BJP and the Hindu groups which are reacting and protesting over even small religious issues. The Mission Andhra of BJP has thus begun actively to polarise the Hindu voters by provoking their feelings against alleged Christian leanings of Jagan Circar.

YCP silent and indefensible on Polavaram fiasco

1

The Jagan Media has not put out a single story on the AP High Court’s order asking the YCP government to stop its reverse tendering process. It is because there is no sensible defense on this. The Sakshi Media has not touched upon this subject at all. The 5 Deputy Chief Ministers, Ministers, Advisors, MLAs and nobody is daring to talk about the scene that is turning reverse against the ruling party. There is no sense of direction in the ruling camp as there is no reaction from CM Jagan on how to respond to this situation.

The YCP leaders have gone into a state of shock, helplessness and silence now. But the opposition TDP and BJP have launched scathing attacks on Polavaram reverse verdict. Apparently, Jagan Circar went blindly ahead and cancelled the Navayuga Company contract without settling its dues. The government said at one point of time that Navayuga had agreed to step away from the project and invited re-tenders.
But now, Navayuga approached court and the re-tendering is stopped eventually. Analysts say that Jagan obviously did not consider legal implications of his government’s decision. The Polavaram failure is indeed a strong blow to his overall policy-making and sense of direction. Undoubtedly, Jagan Regime will be receiving many more similar blows if it does not follow democratic and legally acceptable policies.

BJP objects to Jagan’s reverse reports to Modi

0

The shocked BJP AP leaders are hitting back strongly at the statements of YCP MP Vijayasai Reddy. They are asking whether Vijayasai is thinking that he is much closer to the Modi-Shah duo than the BJP AP leaders themselves. Vijayasai has said that PM Modi is being informed about Jagan Regime’s all reverse decisions. But BJP leaders are saying that Jagan is doing a very bad mistake here as AP CM is just informing Modi after taking and implementing these decisions on Polavara, PPAs, etc. Here also, Jagan is following his reverse policy by giving reverse reports to the Centre. What else Modi could do other than just listening in this matter? Has Jagan Circar taken prior approval of Modi or Central agencies?

Reacting on Vijayasai’s recent comments, BJP AP President Kanna Laxminarayana has asked why has Jagan Circar gone against the requests of Polavaram Project Authority which is the agency of the Central government. PM Modi will ultimately go by what this Authority says. Kanna clarified that Modi’s will not tolerate any violation of chain of command and his government is keen on ensuring continuous development and credibility.

Kanna Laxminarayana has further said that the YCP government seemed doubtful of its own decisions which is why it is passing on the responsibility on to the Centre. But Jagan Circar is already paying heavily for its own unwise decisions. AP High Court has already reversed Jagan’s reverse tendering idea.

Schemes named after NTR rechristened YSR

0

If almost all the schemes implemented by the previous Telugu Desam Party government were named after NTR, the new ones launched by YSRCP government carry YSRs name.

YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) government led by Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is not only conducting an inquiry into projects launched by Telugu Desam Party (TDP) government but is also renaming various welfare schemes.

The schemes implemented during TDP rule were named after NTR, as the TDP founder and former chief minister N.T. Rama Rao was popularly known.

The schemes launched by Jagan Mohan Reddy are named after YSR, as his father and former chief minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy was popular among people.

At the very first cabinet meeting in June, ‘NTR Vaidya Seva’, a free healthcare scheme for poor, was changed to ‘YSR Arogyasri’.

Interestingly, YSR as the Congress chief minister of undivided Andhra Pradesh had launched Arogyasri scheme as ‘Rajiv Arogyasri’ named after former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi.

YSR, who was the chief minister between 2004 and 2009, named many of his welfare schemes after former prime ministers Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi.

YSRCP government renamed social security pension scheme ‘NTR Bharosa’ as ‘YSR Pension Kanuka’.

‘Navaratnalu’ (nine gems), the major promises made by Jagan Reddy during the poll campaign, are named after his late father.

Rythu Bandhu, for instance, is named after YSR. Under this scheme Rs12,500 will be paid to every farmer annually towards input cost. The scheme during TDP rule with lesser financial support was called ‘Annadata Sukhibhava’.

‘Badi Pilustondi’ of the previous government for children’s enrollment in schools has been rechristened as ‘Rajanna Badi Bata’. Rajanna was also popular name of YSR.

YSRCP government also plans to re-open Anna canteens with a new name. The TDP government had last year opened over 200 Anna canteens, providing meals to the poor at just Rs.5.

The canteens were named in memory of NTR was also affectionately called ‘Anna’ (elder brother).

The new government is reportedly planning to re-launch the canteens as ‘Rajanna canteens’.

Are YCP Ministers a demolition squad?

0

One by one, AP Ministers are raising their voices only to cause maximum possible damage to Andhra brand image nationally and internationally. First, Irrigation Minister Anil Kumar Yadav finished the task of defaming Navayuga Company and cancelling its Polavaram contract. Navayuga has a track record of completing multi-crore projects in infrastructure development all over the world but Minister Anil Yadav accused it of committing irregularities.

With regard to industrial development, Industries Minister Mekapati Gowtham Reddy is passing comments hurting the sentiments of industrialists and even foreign companies. He is openly saying that the multi-crore Kia company was given lot of incentives by Chandrababu Regime but there is no corresponding benefit to AP. Gowtham Reddy had to explain that Asia Pulp and Paper Industry is not leaving Andhra amid rumours that the company is afraid to set up their industry after seeing Jagan Regime’s style of functioning.

Then, there is Municipal Administration Minister Botsa Satyanarayana who makes all possible confusing statements on Capital City future. One day, he says that Amaravati will be developed with all facilities. Next day, he says that Amaravati is unviable because of its flood-prone low-lying areas. Analysts say that if this Jagan Team goes ahead like this, the entire state will come down crumbling just like Praja Vedika hall.

Krishna flood is man-made, criminal: Devineni

0

Former Irrigation Minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao is very critical of the YCP government response to the heavy inflows in Krishna river over the past one week. Many days ago, Jagan Regime had information about far higher releases at Almatti and other projects in Karnataka. But it has not taken prior steps to regulate flood.

Devineni says that the Prakasam barrage gates were not lifted till the last minute. It was deliberately done by Jagan Circar which wants to ensure that Amaravati Capital City area and Chandrababu’s residence are submerged. The government wanted to cite this to show that Amaravati is not a viable place for Capital City.

Devineni says that the YCP government released flood at Prakasam barrage only after several localities and human habitations faced total submergence threat. Devineni says that the flood is man-made and it’s a criminal offence on the part of the YCP regime.

Polavaram in uncertainty and confusion?

0

Polavaram Project Authority CEO RK Jain gave a big shock to the AP government on its efforts to call for new tenders. He asked the YCP government to postpone the re-tendering till the Central Government took a final decision on the issue. In a tone of warning, Jain asked Jagan Team how proper coordination could be possible between technical experts of new contractors on the overall project design and execution.

Jain stated this in a letter to AP irrigation officials. He recalled their discussions held in Hyderabad on August 13 and asked why the state government is not taking Centre’s views into consideration. Jain’s fresh letter indicated the Centre’s critical stand. It’s for the first time that Jain talked about issues of coordinating and project design. As a result, AP’s lifeline irrigation project is landing in uncertainty. On his part, Minister Anil Kumar Yadav is taking Jain’s letter very lightly. He says that Jain is referring to the irregularities allegedly committed during Naidu regime. Anil Yadav is not talking about Jain’s cautionary request to postpone re-tendering.
