Among the current superstars of Kollywood, actor Ajith has least explored the Telugu market. His films hardly got a considerable screen count in recent times. He is now gearing up for his biggest ever release with the upcoming action drama Vivegam which is set for a grand release on the 24th of this month. The film stars Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead and has Siva at the helm.
Vivegam will release across 400 Screens in the Telugu states, making it one of the biggest releases for a Tamil film. The film’s theatrical trailer garnered a good reception from Telugu audience and set very high expectations on the film. The Telugu rights have been bagged for a hefty sum and the film is likely to open on a strong note considering that there are no big ticket releases in Telugu this week.
Ajith is playing a counter terrorist officer in the film.
