Akkineni Nagarjuna has the habit of speaking his mind in media interactions and public events. He did it several times in the past and it is evident once again during the latest interaction for his upcoming film Devadas. As part of the promotions, Nagarjuna spoke about young director Sriram Aditya and made shocking comments on his behaviour and working style.
During the pre release event of Devadas, Nag labelled Sriram Aditya as a lazy fellow. He said that the director has the habit of coming late to the sets. Sriram seemed to be a little embarrassed with these comments. Again, today, Nag has put the director to shame with his open statements. Nag said that Sriram has showed the final output in the last minute, leaving them with no option to suggest any changes before the film’s release.
Nag’s comments also pointed out the poor working style of director. These public comments didn’t go well with Sriram and he appeared to be disconcerted during his interviews.
Devadas is going to be a very crucial film for him. If it manages to garner good talk, his career will get a good fillip. But, if it fails to convince the audience, Sriram will need to bear the brunt for his lack of discipline and poor planning while working with top actor like Nagarjuna.
