AP police are all set to increase security arrangements for YCP President and Opposition leader Jaganmohan Reddy during his Praja Sankalpa Yatra in North Coastal Andhra districts. The decision is taken in the wake of recent knife attack which left Jagan with a minor injury on his shoulder on October 25.
AP DGP RP Thakur has asserted that all necessary steps would be taken to ensure security and safety of Jagan in his padayatra. This is expected to create problems for Jagan to freely interact with people during his padayatra. The police are bent upon taking all precautions to check each and everybody coming nearer to Opposition leader.
The YCP leaders are now alarmed that they will not be able to organise the Sankalpa Yatra like before considering the mood among the police. They are doubtful of getting good response if Jagan will not be allowed to freely talk to different sections of people.
